Namogoo is hiring a BDR Team Leader to join the Sales team, hire and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to further grow the US market reach.

About You

  • 2-4 years successful experience with heading sales or a sales development team at a SAAS company
  • Previous experience working in an outbound position
  • Strategic vision, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional business acumen, self-starter and results-driven personality
  • Excellent team management and prioritizing abilities
  • Proven track record achieving measurable sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required
  • Experience with is a plus 

What You'll Do

  • Lead/Coach team of BDRs to uncover and develop new opportunities from outbound activities
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on sales targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual SQL targets
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives
  • Establish BDR department in the US as part of Global BDR Organization
  • Develop superior relationships with prospects and overcome their objections
