Namogoo is hiring a Director of Partnerships to lead Agency Partner business development activities to drive pipeline, quantifiable results, and meet revenue objectives for both Namogoo and Partners.

Namogoo is trusted by more than 1,000 leading global retailers, including Asics, Samsonite, Office Depot, Teva and more, to keep their customer journeys flowing hesitation-free, right to their intended destinations. 

About You

  • Manage the full partnership cycle: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualification, work with stakeholders to onboard, and enable partners to drive new revenue.
  • Act as subject matter expert on solutions associated with the partnership, and articulate the customer, partner, and sales value propositions.
  • Lead the construction and closure of partnership agreements.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Namogoo and Partner resources (field sales, marketing, product, technical, etc.) to execute GTM efforts in EMEA.
  • Own, track, and report on all metrics important to the Agency relationship, including influenced and closed pipeline.
  • Prioritize and elevate visibility to key deals.
  • Inspect Partner engagements to ensure we are maximizing our revenue potential.
  • Recruit potential partners via internet research, social media, and real-world networking.

What You'll Do

  • 3+ years’ relevant business development or sales/partnership experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills: adept at building and managing relationships, able to work cross-functionally and able to communicate intangible results in a clear and compelling way.
  • Experience working with or at E-commerce, Marketing or Analytics & CRO agencies/system integrators preferred.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Namogoo and Partner resources (field sales, marketing, product, technical, etc.) to execute GTM efforts in EMEA.
  • Adept at communicating with C-level executives
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Operates independently to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Able to navigate difficult situations and guide from opposition to consensus.
  • Able to drive results as part of a company with a fast-moving approach.
