Namogoo is hiring an Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead the sales operations department, monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensure that they are aligned with the overall business objectives.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Proven and successful experience implementing change in processes 
  • Experience working with CRM systems leading to increased customer acquisition and retention 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to tailor messages for any audience at hand 
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and management experience  
  • You have worked in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the planning and management for roles, responsibilities, values, and rules of engagement in the sales department
  • Align planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives with business objectives in addition to developing departmental goals and objectives for further sales effectiveness
  • Create processes that enable visible and transparent management that bring about increased sales effectiveness
  • Play a mentorship role to key sales operations employees, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills
