Namogoo is hiring an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead our new product development activities while managing a strong team of full stack engineers. The Full Stack Team Leader will take ownership of the Full development cycle including development, testing and monitoring.

About You

  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a full stack team leader/tech lead, leading a web-based product development.
  • 2+ years of a proven hands-on experience with Javascript, specifically node.js and vue.js.
  • Experience building SPA’s (Vue/React/Angular) - advantage.
  • 3 years of experience in working on cloud environments.
  • Strong ability to take a business challenge, transform it into a plan and lead execution.
  • You have strong people skills and are driven to succeed.
  • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product development full life cycle from early stages to production of a new and exciting product.
  • Build and mentor the team, set and maintain high standards of execution in the team.
  • Manage the team’s work and scrum ceremonies on a day to day basis.
  • Work closely with product management, in order to design and implement PI to be a cutting edge product.
  • Hands-on development (at least 50%) - write high quality, well-organized software as part of the team and deliver software in an iterative, continual-release environment.
  • Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more.
  • Be the enabler of the company’s growth and scalability, and your contribution will have a great impact on the company’s business.
  • Manage top talents and grow the team with your vision.
