Namogoo is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape its rapidly growing cross-channel offerings, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

This position interacts cross-functionally with the product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives and materials are appropriately aligned, communicated, and ready for sale. 

About You

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Product Marketing positions.
  • You have experience planning and executing marketing initiatives for Enterprises and SMEs.
  • You are passionate about effective processes for managing the product life cycle.
  • You are a storyteller and understand how content is used to drive people to take action.
  • You are creative, can deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
  • You are a native English speaker.
  • You know how to run and manage a project, set deadlines, and adhere to them.

What You'll Do

  • Assess market needs and opportunities for solutions through primary and secondary research and define market requirements and desired positioning while collaborating with our Product Plan.
  • Manage and execute product launches, in addition to taking part in aligning product strategy and roadmaps to the market needs.
  • Translate product functionality and technical details into marketing materials and user benefits.
  • Train company employees on new product messaging, competitive comparison and sales enablement tools.
  • Increase customer engagement and product adoption with creative product plays, in-product messages and emails.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success to identify needs, and sharpen product differentiation based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings.
  • Lead the market education for Namogoo’s unique offerings.
