Namogoo is hiring a Director of Product Marketing ownership of product marketing for Namogoo’s rapidly growing cross-channel offerings, including defining the vision and strategy of the products.  

About You

  • 8+ years experience in B2B Product Marketing positions
  • A proven history of shaping product marketing strategy
  • Passionate about effective processes for managing the product life cycle
  • Experience building and leading product marketing teams toward a big picture vision
  • Clear understanding of user growth and engagement tactics
  • Strong presence and ability to clearly discuss and communicate product value and benefits

What You'll Do

  • Assess market needs and opportunities for solutions through primary and secondary research and defines market requirements and desired positioning while collaborating with Product Management to align product strategy and road maps to the market needs
  • Identify internal and 3rd party research needs to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Work closely with sales and customer success to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings
  • Build and continually assess competitive offerings to ensure product differentiation and competitiveness
  • Develop year-long marketing plans including defining the value proposition and frameworks, and drive articulation of product positioning
  • Establish KPI's for the  team’s efforts and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
  • Define and orchestrate the Analysts relationship strategy
