Namogoo is hiring as a Marketing CRM Specialist who will manage our CRM, coordinate handoff processes with sales, align on leads pipeline, and build an email marketing and lead nurturing machine.

About You

  • A self starter and quick learner, curious and passionate about new marketing trends, best practices and CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, ability to lead, motivate, collaborate and challenge various interfaces.
  • Experience with Hubspot- an advantage.
  • Marketing, business and technological oriented.
  • Ability to analyze, present findings and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, shift gears and prioritize to meet schedules.
  • Organized and attention to details.
  • High verbal and written expression ability, for different audiences, including the ability to translate product / technological functionality into a visual concept.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the CRM execution and maintenance.
  • Construct user journeys towards optimizing user engagement, conversion, and funnel optimization, via close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Content, Sales and Creative teams.
  • Developing testing strategies to ensure all communication is optimized for performance.
  • Manage and maintain Sales and Marketing leads alignment and be responsible for optimizing the lead scoring, nurturing and handoffs processes.
  • Work closely with the performance manager and internal teams to create a complete lead journey map.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Sales org around lead nurturing, handoffs and Sales Pipelines.
