Namogoo is hiring a Junior Salesforce Analyst to take full ownership of Salesforce and additional technical Information Systems.

About You

  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical systems.
  • Understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities.
  • Excellent English- written communication and verbal presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others.
  • Experience managing and manipulating large sets of data using excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to detail.
  • A can-do attitude and drive to deliver to deadlines at pace.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for all CRM users, managing support meetings in order of urgency.
  • Manage data and keep accurate records up to date and consistent across systems.
  • Basic Salesforce Administration (Data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, automations).
  • User Management .
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases.
  • Assist with implementing & testing all-new enhancements and add-ons from Salesforce releases as well as custom internal enhancements.
  • Follow detailed documentation design and maintain them.
  • Learn and support other Information systems according to requirements.
