What we're looking for

Namogoo is looking for a talented and driven, full-time HR Manager for our Boston office. As HR Manager, you will support the company’s fast growth in all HR-related aspects.
In this role, you will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by coordinating with the IL office, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will also be in charge of establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program along with building an employee training, and professional/personal development program.

Skills & Experience

  1. 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management in within a startup or high tech environment
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  3. Experience with facilitating and/or building employee performance policy
  4. Knowledge and experience with the Employment Law in MA – an advantage
  5. BA or MA in HR or Organization Development – an advantage
