Namogoo is looking for a talented and execution-driven, part-time (50%) HR Manager for our Boston office. As HR Manager, you will support the company’s fast growth in all HR-related aspects. In this role, you will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will also be in charge with establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program and maintain employee benefits programs.
Skills & Experience
5+ years experience in recruitment and talent management in start-ups or high-tech companies
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience with the law in MA – an advantage
BA or MA in HR or Organizational Development – an advantage
