Namogoo is looking for a Customer Solution Consultant to manage the pre- and post-sale relationship for Namogoo’s growing US customer base. The Customer Solutions Consultant will report to the Global Director of Customer Solution Consulting and be the go-to expert for customers during the Proof-of-Value (POV) process and the initial on-boarding period. This is a strategic role that is critical to the success of the Namogoo Sales organization.
The core responsibilities of this role involves managing relationships with all the customer levels, including: decision makers, data analysts, business owners and project managers. You will also oversee weekly and summary meetings and educate the customer on the problem of Online Journey Hijacking and the impact it has on their website traffic and conversion metrics.
Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience working with customers either in pre or post sales positions
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in relevant field
Technical orientation – Web application, HTTP/S analytical systems – advantage
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must
Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable dealing with complex customer relationships, decision processes and competing agendas
