Namogoo is looking for an experienced and driven NOC Manager. The NOC Manager is responsible for proactively monitoring and verifying integrity and availability of all applications and service data across Namogoo’s business landscape in a 24/7 environment. This includes ownership on monitoring of business KPIs, performance metrics, availability and quality of infrastructure, systems and data – providing initial solutions to problems and working with internal stakeholders (R&D, DevOps, Support, Sales, CS) to solve issues and communicate them to others. You will also initiate implementation of new solutions and processes that monitor better, resolve customer issues and maintain high quality of service and business growth.
