What we’re looking for

The Head of Sales Development will lead, hire, and build the Namogoo SDR team in the Israeli office. We’re looking for a coach who will lead our current Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as well as attract, interview, train, and mentor new talent. In addition, he/she will prepare the team to call and improve as they penetrate and prospect enterprise accounts to set qualified introductions to Namogoo’s technology. The Head of Sales Development will be responsible for developing lead generation, training, and product knowledge to disseminate to the business development representatives and exceed the team’s goals.

Skills & Experience

  1. 3+ years inside sales development management
  2. Native English speaker – must
  3. Ability to plan, present, and execute on strategies and processes
  4. Experience in managing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales representatives
  5. Ability to work EMEA and US time zone, Monday thru Friday
  6. Experience working with Salesforce
