Gartner Names Namogoo 2018 Cool Vendor in Digital Commerce

Last month we were thrilled to announce our Series B investment round and being honored with two significant innovation awards — and promised some more great news to come. Today, we’re excited to share some very cool news indeed. Namogoo has been named a 2018 Cool Vendor in Digital Commerce by leading research and advisory firm Gartner.

According to Gartner, a cool vendor is:

  • Innovative — enables users to do things they couldn’t do before.
  • Impactful — has or will have a business impact, not just technology for its own sake.
  • Intriguing — has caught Gartner’s interest during the past six months.

In the Cool Vendor report, Gartner dives into our Customer Hijacking Prevention solution’s ability to detect unauthorized, malware-driven ads injected into consumer browsers. Namogoo’s machine learning-based algorithms enable it to detect new types of malware and stay ahead of the constant mutation by malware creators. By preventing unauthorized ads, online brands avoid losing revenue from customers clicking through to competitor websites.

According to the report, any company that relies on regular web traffic to sell products or services online should be concerned by the impact of Customer Journey Hijacking.
